The UKPHR are working with the Department of Health, Faculty of Public Health and others to ensure a robust system of revalidation for its registrants alongside medically qualified public health consultants. It is envisaged that revalidation will be a five-yearly requirement for all registrants, regardless of their route to registration.

The Faculty of Public Health [FPH] is currently seeking volunteers – from non medical and medical backgrounds – to participate in piloting both the Multi-Source Feedback [MSF] tool and a ‘Full System’ of revalidation.

The UKPHR Board is working with professional bodies, particularly FPH, to ensure a fair and comprehensive system for revalidation of its registrants; participating in these pilots would be one opportunity to help influence this development.

If you would like to take part you are asked to register your interest by completing the Faculty’s short online form.
The FPH website contains more detailed information about the pilots.
