Revalidation

The vast majority of public health professionals are practising to a high standard. Revalidation is a process that will support continuous quality improvement in standards and practice for both public health professionals and the public alike.

The UKPHR is working with the Faculty of Public Health, the Royal Society of Public Health, Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and other appropriate bodies to ensure a robust system of revalidation for its registrants. It is envisaged that revalidation will be a five-yearly requirement for all registrants, regardless of their route to registration.
